Dok je sunce zalazilo nad South Beachom, a vodeći svetski dizajneri kupaćih kostima pristizali u Miami, jedno je postalo potpuno jasno: Miami Swim Week: The Shows više nije samo destinacija za resort modu, već jedna od ključnih međunarodnih modnih platformi u industriji.

Manifestacija, održana u hotelu Mondrian South Beach Miami od 25. do 31. maja 2026. godine, donela je svoje najveće i najambicioznije izdanje do sada. Pod vođstvom novoimenovanog izvršnog direktora Sean Rashida i direktorke modnih događaja Elizabeth ClarosMiami Swim Week: The Shows ušao je u novu eru – onu koja prevazilazi tradicionalnu modnu pistu i slavi svaki segment savremenog modnog ekosistema.

Ovosezonski program obuhvatio je 20 događaja na 10 različitih lokacija, pretvarajući Miami u višednevnu proslavu mode kupaćih kostima, luksuznih putovanja, lepote, wellnessa i ugostiteljstva. Među najzapaženijim predstavljanjima ove sezone izdvojio se Belletage Swimwear, koji je predstavio dve nove kolekcije nastale u saradnji sa mladim dizajnerkama Ava Stewart i dvojcem The Snipe Twins. Kolekcije su spojile mladalačku sofisticiranost sa dugoročnom misijom brenda da podrži novu generaciju modnih inovatora.

Ema Savahl još jednom je pokazala zašto njene kolekcije spadaju među najiščekivanije tokom cele nedelje. Njena revija pod nazivom In Goddesses We Trust: Persephone pretvorila je pistu u umetničku priču inspirisanu mitologijom, istražujući dualnost ženske snage i ranjivosti kroz ručno oslikane modele nastale u njenom ateljeu u Miamiju. Eterična, ali istovremeno moćna, kolekcija slavila je žene koje prihvataju sve dimenzije svog identiteta.

Jedan od najinspirativnijih trenutaka nedelje pripao je Amandi Walcott, osnivačici brenda Beachside Bikinis, koja je ispisala istoriju kao najmlađa dizajnerka koja je ikada predstavila kolekciju na zvaničnoj pisti manifestacije Miami Swim Week: The Shows. Miami Swim Week: The Shows Redefines Resort Fashion with Its Most Ambitious Edition Yet

As the sun set over South Beach and the world’s leading swimwear designers arrived in Miami, one thing became unmistakably clear: Miami Swim Week: The Shows is no longer simply a destination for resort fashion but one of the industry’s defining international fashion platforms.

Returning to the Mondrian South Beach Miami from May 25–31, 2026, the week-long celebration delivered its largest and most ambitious edition to date. More than 50 designers representing countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, Italy, Colombia, Bulgaria, Australia, South Africa, France, and Dubai presented collections across an expansive program of runway shows, wellness experiences, beauty activations, retail showcases, and industry networking events.

Under the leadership of newly appointed CEO Sean Rashid and Fashion Event Director Elizabeth Claros, Miami Swim Week: The Shows has entered a new era… one that extends beyond the traditional runway to celebrate every facet of the modern fashion ecosystem.

This season’s programming unfolded across 20 events and 10 venues, transforming Miami into a week-long celebration of swimwear, luxury travel, beauty, wellness, and hospitality. Rather than focusing solely on runway presentations, the event embraced immersive experiences that reflected the evolving direction of fashion itself, where community, creativity, commerce, and culture intersect.

Among this season’s standout presentations was Belletage Swimwear, which introduced two new collections that celebrated female creativity and entrepreneurship through the work of emerging designers Ava Stewart and The Snipe Twins. The collections blended youthful sophistication with the brand’s ongoing mission to empower the next generation of fashion innovators.

Ema Savahl once again demonstrated why her collections remain among the most anticipated of the week. Her presentation, In Goddesses We Trust: Persephone, transformed the runway into an artistic narrative inspired by mythology, exploring the duality of feminine strength and vulnerability through hand-painted garments created in her Miami atelier. Ethereal yet commanding, the collection celebrated women who embrace every dimension of their identity.

One of the week’s most inspiring moments belonged to Amanda Walcott, founder of Beachside Bikinis, who made history as the youngest designer ever to present a collection on an official Miami Swim Week: The Shows runway. At just 18 years old, Walcott showcased a sustainable collection inspired by the effortless coastal lifestyle of Newport Beach, signaling an exciting new generation of talent entering the industry.

Additional highlights included BAY Swimwear, which debuted its The Tropicscollection in its first-ever Miami Swim Week presentation.

IA Vision Resort captivated audiences with Aura Sirena, a collection celebrating feminine strength through rich textures, dramatic silhouettes, and bold color palettes.

Paris-based Relleciga continued its reputation for elevated European swimwear, and Be Unicas presented its luxurious Goddess Collection, combining handcrafted embellishments with timeless resort elegance.

The event’s remarkable sponsor portfolio further reflected its growing influence within the luxury marketplace. Global brands including Neutrogena®, HOKA, Hari Mari, Eden Roc Miami Beach, Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, Bacardi, Grey Goose, Smartwater, Vitaminwater, Grubhub, Bloom, Tarte Cosmetics, and numerous beauty and wellness partners transformed the week into a fully immersive lifestyle experience that extended well beyond the runway.

That evolution has not gone unnoticed. Forbes recently described Miami Swim Week: The Shows as “the show disrupting the American fashion calendar,”recognizing its ability to combine runway presentations with wellness programming, sustainability discussions, influencer engagement, and business development in ways few fashion events currently achieve.

Having experienced this year’s edition firsthand, it becomes evident that Miami Swim Week: The Shows is not only disrupting the traditional fashion calendar but also redefining it. They are finding ways to naturally and necessarily integrate wellness, connection, community, tech, and, of course, Runway into the industry – something we have not experienced until Miami Swim Week: The Shows.
